okay today i went with my school for a trip and all that and on the way the bus driver had some episode of star wars so we played it and finally got entangled in it. Okay…yes but in the movie i always thought[ even though i didnt watch it before] that luke and the princess had a thing….they loved each other and all that….but it said in the movie they are brother and sister…what!!! and one of the girls on the bus said that in some episode she tells han she loves him??

They are the Children of Anakin Skywalker, a Jedi, and Padmai Amidala, a senitor. Skywalker later becomes Darth Vader and in a rage attacks Padmai useing the Force and later is told that he has killed her. This is true from a certan point of view but she gives birth to twins b4 she passes, Luke and Leia. They are seperated at birth with the intention that the Force will bring them together when they are ready to bring down their father and his Emporer.
In The Empier Strikes Back yes they do kiss and there was “a love” for one another but this was b4 they knew they were twins. By the end of Empier Strikes Back Leia does tell Han Solo that she loves him.

A lot of research by fans has been done, and little tidbits of information were found that may indicate the existence of this elusive scene, but there was nothing definitive. Even the storyboard that describes this scene was discovered, but there was still no evidence of the scene actually being filmed. Many believe that the lightsaber used in this scene may have been the weapon that is referred to as the “MOM” lightsaber, which is the one that was on display at the Star Wars: The Magic of Myth exhibit at the National Air and Space Museum in 1997-1999, and then in the touring exhibit. This lightsaber had an accessible control box with a removable PCB cover. It also had a hole near the pommel, possibly for the wires. Fast forward 27+ years to August 14, 2010 and Star Wars: Celebration V in Orlando, Florida. The mystery of the elusive missing scene was finally solved, and to the thunderous applause of the crowd, it was shown and announced that it will be edited back into the long-awaited Blu-ray Discs of the Star Wars Saga! |
