I’m trying to loose weight and want to know some good workout dvd’s to try. Is the biggest loser series good?

I haven’t worked out in about 15 years and need help getting started.

I heard the biggest loser DVD’s are a tough workout. What are some good choices that I can use to supplement those workouts?

i’ve never tried the biggest loser workout vids, but i have a bunch of other ones….

10 minute solution hot body boot camp is really tough, and it has 5 different workouts to give some variety.

body wisdom ultimate body beginning workouts for weight loss is really good too. this is the one i work out to the most. it has 2 different 20 minute boot camp workouts or you can put them together for 40 mins, or the same with the kickboxing workouts, and there is also a weight training workout on there too (but i’ve never bothered to watch it)

self firm flat abs fast is pretty intense.
