Need to figure if different axle will work?
I have a 1998 ford ranger, i blew out the rear end lately and i am trying to figure out what different rear ends will work for my truck. its an 8.8″ axle, would one work from a ford explorer? ford bronco II? or ford mustang?
Explorer – yes, before they put IRS on it. Bronco II is too narrow, the Mustang doesn’t have the leaf spring perches.
