What are some good ways to loose most amount of weight before august 10th.?

I wanna start my high school years out with a complete change in style. Im getting colored contacts, new wardrobe, new hair stlyes, new hair colors,new piercings and most inportantly weight lose. So what are some useful ways to loose weight fast and easy? I know the whole diet excercise thing but what about pills for a 14 year old? Or is that unsafe at my age? No stupid answers please just useful tips[: thank you

There are no fast ways to lose weight safely. Exercise everyday for at least 20 minutes using aerobic workouts like walking, dancing, rollerblading. Also combine this with toning exercise to firm your muscles like push ups, squats and stomach curl ups. Cut back on the fats to 25- 30% of your total caloric intake. Fats are oils that are in cake,donuts,cookies,french fries,greasy fast foods,etc. Eat healthy meals as in broiled chicken, pasta, yogurt. Stop each meal before you are full since it takes about 20 minutes to digest and to feel full.Try drinking a glass of water before each meal and use a smaller plate so it looks like you are eating more. Snack on fresh vegetables and fruit. Good luck!
