Lost Verizon droid x in the river will factory warranty cover?
I think I lost my X in the river and never found it. I heard there is a factory warranty on the phone for a year but I could not find what it covers. I did not have any additional insurance or warranty on the phone other then when I first bought the phone. If anyone could tell me that would be great!
The warranty covers manufacturer’s defects and software issues. The only thing that replaces a lost phone is insurance.

Deceptively innocent at first, the film finds Shigeharu Aoyama (Ryo Ishibashi, Suicide Club, The Grudge), a middle-aged widower of many years, urged by his teenage son and his film producer friend Yasuhisa Yoshikawa (Jun Kunimura, Ichi The Killer) to start dating again. To help Aoyama meet women, Yoshikawa devises a plan to hold a fake audition for a leading lady. Reluctantly agreeing, Aoyama auditions 30 young hopefuls and falls for the silent beauty of Asami (Eihi Shiina), a former ballerina with a dark past. Doll $8.98 From her debut album in 1987 A Drop Of Water and then subsequent recordings such as Under Northern Lights (1990), Cherry Blossom (1992), Sapphire (1995), Dream Walk (1996), Full Moon (1998) and The Ring (2002), Keiko has cemented her reputation and increased her popularity throughout the world.A smooth jazz superstar today, her growth as a musician has been astounding, not to mention a timely reminder of how this little lady from Japan came to us fully realized and helped to define an American music genre. This is the second in a series of catalog releases in Shout! Factory’s partnership with Keiko. Throughout the year Keiko’s body of work will be represented with reissues of several of her most popular albums updated with unreleased tracks as well as other new collections of classic and solo material. The concept of Doll, Keiko’s sixth recording released in mid-1994, drew from her Japanese heritage and the album was actually created as an ode to various anthropological idols. The collection was produced by husband and shakuhachi flute master Kazu Matsui. Kazu tackles some of the similar pop and film score sweeps Keiko has become known for, but with a twist — there’s a new aggressiveness and extra energy that’s heightened with confidence. This point has led to her break away from some of the melodic/thematic scores that have worked for her up till this point. These Shout! Factory’s Keiko Matsui reissues each feature three solo piano tracks from the original Japanese collections. Doll includes a reprise of the tracks “Water Lily” and “Doll” . The additional bonus track “Morning Walk” has not been made available till now. |

Sapphire reflects the natural spiritual transitions that touched the Matsui’s between the death of Keiko’s beloved father and the birth of their daughter. The idea of hope following loss translates to the generally buoyant nature of such songs as the opening track, “Safari,” and “Sonora” The beautiful Karla Bonoff vocal on “Tears From The Sun” are also in line with the spiritual tone of the album, which stayed in the Top 20 of Billboard’s Contemporary Jazz chart for over seven months. Sapphire is also the first Keiko disc to feature the sax artistry of the charismatic Paul Taylor, who joined the Matsui touring fold in 1994 and became a fan favorite. These Shout! Factory’s Keiko Matsui reissues each feature three solo piano tracks from the original Japanese collections. Sapphire includes a reprise of the title track “Sapphire” as well as the classically flavored “The River” and “Longing.” |

Taylor graces five tunes, including the dreamy-mysticism- meets-hip-hop soundscape-laden title track, the sensual and optimistic “Children Of The Oasis” and the trip-hoppy, electronic percussion-dense funk-fusion excursion “Fire In The Desert.”These Shout! Lord of the Highway $11.98 Joe Ely is one of the original personalities of the alt-country movement, even though it wasn’t called that yet when he made this album. Grissom likes to play very loud, and he’s developed a loping, metallic sound that snaps at the heels of Ely’s nonchalant vocals on razorback country rockers like “Lord Of The Highway,” “(Don’t Put A) Lock On My Heart,” and “My Baby Thinks She’s French.” |

Searchin For A Rainbow $13.98 Old West dreams meet Southern memories in the tracks of Searchin’ for a Rainbow, The Marshall Tucker Band’s fourth album. Released in 1975, this song collection found the group refining its multi-faceted sound into an appealing country-rock essence. Still present were the jazz and blues-based elements that had always made Marshall Tucker a distinctive unit. By dressing up their music in Western garb, the band found a way to reach a huge new audience—all it took was a little “Fire On The Mountain” to light the way.”We’d found a bit more direction on how to design songs for a record,” says lead singer Doug Gray. “Our record company Capricorn had always said, ‘Try to give us something that would work on the radio.’ We tried to do that, and at the same time please each other. We were known as a jamming band. This was the first time we really tried to give them Marshall Tucker’s interpretation of what a hit song was.”Helping to spur things on was “Fire On The Mountain,” the lead track off Searchin’ for a Rainbow. Released as a single in the fall of ’75, the tune reached #38 on the pop charts. A vivid, Old West, lyric-storyline combined with bluegrass-tinged instrumental licks and an ear-grabbing chorus brought Marshall Tucker its first Top 40 hit. |
